OK, I planted and fertilized about a month ago, and we haven't had any rain yet. I am wondering if my eeds are still good, because we are SUPPOSED to be getting a good amount of rain in the next couple of days. I am thinking about re-seeding my food plot. But Iif the seeds are still good, will I over seed and my oats kill each other out?

Seeds have an expiration date of 1 year. You can always overseed with some type of clover . It will only help you after it goes to seed.

THANKS BUNNYSEEKER, BUT WHAT WILL ONLY HELP ME AFTER IT GOES TO SEED? Overseeding with clover will help you no matter if you seed comes up or not.It will not hurt you to overseed with clover.Clover will come back every year after it has had time to seed out. Those seeds are the ones that will grow next year.
