I wanna know ways to killem. I got'em. They come up to the house at least one nite out of a week and "tease" the yard dogs. Mostly a young cur and my wife's two Great Danes. They are outside booger bark'n'em as I type. I got chicken houses close that the farmer dumps culls in a pit at. Don't mind that but it keeps yote's coming too. Outside dogs keep a shiney coat from them culls. I can call'em in with a player and kill one now and again. I can catch'em out by themselves in pastures sometimes and kill'em. I can even get one sometimes at nite when they come up yeep'n at the dogs. But...........I can't get'em all. Hoping maybe yaw'd have a trick I ain't done. I listen to anything. Might learn something new.
Consistant, successful ways that are proven time and again.

i got a cousin that raises sheep and he has lots of trouble with them ..he said the most effective thing he has found is a snare..he keeps them set all around about a 100 acre pasture and catches em pretty regular

You should catch them if you can instead of killing them. I'm sure there is a pen close by that would love to have em.

dont know about now but a few years ago the pens around here would give 50.00 for a gray yote and 75.00 for a black one...you can set snares to kill em or put a stop on it and catch em live but when you set em to catch em live sometimes they will still break a neck

I would imagine that most pens will be leary of buying game from anyone that they do not know. There has been allot of stuff go down in Alabama, Virginia and other states concerning foxpens. They are probably nervous everytime they purchase game now.

I've only trapped them on a few occasions, but we used snares. I've used mechanical and mouth calls for shooting, if you don't want them live. That works much better than I figured it would.

I trap them, shoot them, snare them, but if you don't want to deal with them at all and want them gone....make sure your neighbors but their dogs inside, soak some chicken bones in antifreeze, they will never come back
