Alright boys , momma's gona whip my a$$ but here it goes
YOU WILL NEED
3lbs. of Louisiana Crawfish
5 can of Cream of Mushroom
1 can of Cream of Shrimp
3 sticks of Butter
2 cans of Rotel Tomatos Hot/Mild what ever you like
i use 5 Onions and 2 Bell Pepers .
HERE WE GO
take your Onions and Bell Pepers , cut them small and put them in your Black Pot with the 3 Sticks of Butter and two cans of Rotel ........
take you Louisiana Crawfish , open the bag and drain into a bowl .... this is most likely the fat , take it and pour into the pot when the butter cooks off and you need to add water.......
brown Onions and everthing as long as you like , the longer the better . some times i brown for 40mins.
after you brown , put on med. fire and throw in the 5 cans of Cream of Mushroom and Cream of Shrimp .when you add the cans it will get thick , ad water as needed.. cook down , until it's at the thickness you like but cook for no less then 30mins........
after your sauce is right , throw in the Crawfish let it cook for 15mins. turn off fire and let it cool .. when you throw the Crawfish in , put the rice on ...........
now you can also add Fish and Frogs take about 30 mins. so if you do add Fish put Crawfish in 15mins. after fish ..............
