I no this is beat to death, but I seen one of you guys post what you use for each kind of worm and how often. I worm mine with equigaurd horse wormer every six month and I give them two doses every six months and give them ivomec once a month. I think I may have some other kind of worm in some of them cause nothin else I use gets rid of them. They look healthy but they have occasional direaha. I heard that was hook worms. I dont no, I just want to make sure I got all the worms gone!!!

Hey rabbitman you can try 5 days of panacur or safeguard wormer for goats dose it at 1cc per 4lbs don't worry if you are a little over on the dose because they will spit some of it out when you give it to them but be sure to do 5 days then in 2 weeks do the same thing, it should help the first time but when you do it the 2nd time it will wipe everything out that might be left, if its hook worms you will see blood in the stool, it could be just stress or a change in the way the food was made if you are using the same food all the time, one other thing it might be is cockcida for that you can put corid in there water hope this helps

Yea I got some valbasun and gave them 4 days in a row of 3cc and quess ill do it again in two weeks right. Guy at the store just told me do it 4 days and be done but doin it again in 2 weeks makes more since to me. I can already tell a difference. I was usin the equigaurd and he told me it was only good for tapes. I looked at the safegaurd but man it was $125 for a bottle. Just couldnt swing that at the time.

Whip worms and hook worms both can cause diarrhea, and can actually be fatal. You're on the right track with the Valbazen, any of the "bendezole" or "white" wormers USUALLY are good for getting just about all intestinal parasites except heart worms.
If memory serves me here, using the Valbazen cattle drench, it's 1 cc per 15 lbs. Wormy or clean, the dose is still the same.
Safeguard, also a similar type wormer is 1cc per 5 lbs.
All of those type are given for 3 days in a row.

all he had was big bottles, like pint bottles or bigger. He had some smaller bottles for 45 dollars I think. After you give it 3 days in a row are you suppose to follow up again and if so how many days after. Ive heard 14 and ive heard 21 days.

I've seen it used in cases of heavy infestation with a follow up of 2 weeks, then 1 month after that. Once they're clean, follow up about twice a year. The biggest thing is having their area clean of fecal matter as much as possible. The more room and fewer dogs helps that. I've never been in the club of 1 or 3 dogs, so, I worm mine lots. I've always been of the school of thought that's it's much cheaper to feed my dog than his worms. The climate you're in makes a big difference too. I'm not familiar enough with your climate there to be certain of the worm load in your area.
