G'day fellow (hog) hunters, I'm a keen pig (hog) hunter & get out at least once a week. I also have a small kennel concentrating on improving the Catahoula reputation here in Australia. We generally only have a couple of litters a year. Any first time mating, i keep a couple & sell a couple & give a few away to fellow (friends) hunters to watch grow out & keep track of there hunting ability & instincts for future breeding decisions. I have only been associated with Catahoulas for a few years but have become consumed by the breed. I imported a young male & female early last year from BLT Catahoulas. Those dogs have to date served me well. They are both hunting well & the Gyp is my main finder at the moment. How ever i can improve on this imo. That is how i found this site! I have been researching a new line to bring into Australia to open up the very tight gene pool already here. I look forward to sharing a heap of my hunting pictures, dog pictures & info with guys. I also look forward to looking & hearing about your dogs & experinces also..... See you online! ;D Attachments:

Hello downunder, I'm from Alabama in the southern U.S. I too am looking forward to pics from Aussie country. And I have a quick question ... A visiting pastor at my home church was talking about a mission trip down there a couple of years ago. And he told a little story about Aussies and grits... My question is do you eat grits ;D His story was real funny...
