I have never seen anything exactly like that. U may try putting sulfer on the places if its some type of mite it should help.

my dogs get that alot hot spots we live in fla i see it all the time we just put cut heal or blu-kote it is a vet antiseptic protective wound dressing. germicidal and fungicidal you can get it at your feed store for $8.50 hope this helps

500 mg. keflex two times a day for about ten days .
