The dogs keep peeing in the kennels, too lazy to even go out in the rain to pee or poo!!! (They have indoor/outdoor with a dog door between and ceader in their bed boxes) There is concrete floor. Any suggestions to neutralize the odor? I know the amonia can't be good for them either. Have a swamp cooler in there and have been running it on vent to dry out the air. Also read that vinegar will help. Any other ideas?

I'm not sure if lime would help much at this point if y'all are getting the rain we're getting. It will help cut the ammonia down though.

Bleach or Vinegar , just be sure to remove the dogs for a couple of hours to let it dry . The bleach will or can burn their pads . My wife manages an apartment complex and some residents will slip a cat in , ( HUGE NO NO ! ) and she says Bleach is the only thing she has found to cut the odor down . Cat urine is almost impossible to remove from concrete .
