Nice hogs there! Sure would be fun with a pack of good dogs. LOL you can see the coons coming up the trail behind the trap to their party, too funny, little rascals.

gees, that place is loaded isnt it sure is, redsnook. there is a piece of MOSIAC property right behind this grove, and they come out almost every night, i have permission to do whatever i need to do to take the hogs outta there. I'm about to get serious about taking a few of the big ones out,

LOL you can see the coons coming up the trail behind the trap to their party, too funny, little rascals. i do run my dogs out there sometimes, but the grove i have permission to hunt is only 8- 10 acres. they gotta get'em stopped pretty quick, or i gotta call them back...... (not the easiest thing to do when their bayin on a big one) but i have caught a few with the dogs out there.

thats a big ol hog, looks old to. How come the trap didnt go off with the coons in it. I dont no anything about hog traps, were they not heavy enough?

I dont no anything about hog traps, were they not heavy enough? i used to have a problem with the coons setting off my traps but now i make the triggers heavy enough that they have a hard time triping the trap.. coons drive me nuts! but they are cool little critters.
