LOL. That sounds good. We are up to a fish fry most anytime, specially with cheese grits! We did fry some of those fish at the boat ramp the other night while we were fishing with a few friends. It was a nice night, caught some more fish and had a good time with good friends.

Tony, in england and other contries Eel is considered a delicasy. Where I come from it's a delicasy for big blue cats!!
Have you ever tried taking one of those things of a hook? It's almost impossible, they are slimmy and they will wrap themselves around your arm. I learnd to cut there heads while still hooked, it's alot easier that way!!! lol

LOL. We let the eel go back in the water. There are not too many here in this river, and don't get to see many. I just wanted to take its pic. In my 10 years fishing on this river this is the first I caught here.

nice cats,we catch them eels too,but not very often.They say their good eatin but I've never tried them before.
