hmmm lunger, I don't know, maybe 1/2 acre or there abouts. It's not real big, but plenty big for 2 grown hogs to not root it to death. I think it's about 7 or 8 panels (16') down each side and 4 or 5 on each end.

I have two acres up on the front that I have been thinking about fencing in for the same thing. With two hogs in there the dogs don't try to split bay ?

Not too bad, lunger. Sometimes they will, but most often they'll either try to bay the hogs together, or if one breaks, they'll stay on that one til they get him stopped. The puppies even learn to hang with what they're on rather than swapping. Like any pen situation, you have to "turn down the heat" a little bit, keep your hogs rough enough to keep the dogs respect level UP. The puppies bay the same hogs the bigger dogs do, the only difference is the "finished" dogs only bay one at a time if they're baying in a pen, unless it's for money or a title. I don't practice 2 dog once they get started pretty good - if they're in a team, it's in the woods or a few bucks on the line.

We have 2 in there (well, 3 now - just added one - that probably wasn't real smart). The 2 originals are both about 200-225 lbs.
