if you have some game meat or any meat at all that is shot up and blood clotted put it in a cooler or a bucket with water and a lot of salt, soak it for 2 or 3 days and change the water and the salt every day..... and it will take most the blood out of it and make that meat nice and white and it will be great! you cant tell that it was soaked in salt. i do this to deer, rabbits, squirrels, doves, coons, possums, hogs, or whatever
