How dependable are the collars that you can change your own batteries? I hate having to send mine out to get the batts replaced..

i have used wcts(west coast collars) for years and i swear by them. gary is a great guy to deal with also and a hunter. i have used wildlife sealed collars too, good collar but i get better range out of wcts collars by far. the transmitters in the wcts collars are first class.

i run the rats 8000 hour battery collars. they are very good, great range and good battery life. i bought my first one and liked it, the guys that own/run the place are great people that will go out of the way to get you what you want.
