get a rabbit cut him off the bone in small chunks soak in milk for several huors or overnite fry rabbit dont wash the milk off before flouring the tomato gravy for every can of tomatos use at least 4 peices of bacon cut up in small squares fry them pour tomatos over bacon leave the bacon grease in its flavor then take a table spoon of flour mix it with cold water and pour in the gravy this will thicken it up now add rabbit let simmer for a while serve over a bed of rice

houndsman , try this for your gravy.
In cast iron skillet : 2 tbs of bacon grease , get it hot , add 2 tbs. of self rising flour to the grease slowly stirring the mixture until you get a paste and then add "WARM" water slowly , turn down heat and add a can of Rotel , let simmer for 20 minutes. You can add any type of wild game , (pre cooked) , cover and let simmer for 45 minutes. It will make youe belly hurt ...........
