get big shrimp pell them butterfly them pack full of pinapple preserves wrap in in bacon not thick cut put on scewer and then glaze outside with preserves put on charcol grill not gas will burn the bacon it takes ruffly about30-45 min to cook for every pound of shrimp you will need a pound of bacon and a jar of preserves
