Chairman547@aol.com
How many members do y'all have ? On becoming disabled and getting a Lifetime member ship after three years. "What about someone who's already there? " I Hunt from a Chair now, im in a wheelchair 24 -7 ... How would this work for someone like myself ?
How is the Deer, Turkey , Hog population now ? Roads in and around the property ( good roads ? ) Y'all have any food plots and do the members share in the cost to keep them going year round ? Any year round feeders ?
What are the rules and also about Atv's and Golf carts. I use a G cart to get around any restrictions to hunting from a cart ? I no longer can climb do y'all have a section set aside for still hunting ? and have any ground blinds ? Any creeks ponds on the property ? How much are the dues a year and when do they become due ? And finley, How's the Rabbit population ;D You Knew that last question was comming up LOL
Thanks Bud, Randy ( mr beagler )

How many members do y'all have ? 100 paying, 25 landowners and life members
On becoming disabled and getting a Lifetime member ship after three years. "What about someone who's already there? " I Hunt from a Chair now, im in a wheelchair 24 -7 ... How would this work for someone like myself ? After 3 years You become Life.
How is the Deer, Turkey , Hog population now ? No hogs as of last year. Deer, Turkey are abundant. Throphy bucks are being taken yearly.
Roads in and around the property ( good roads ? ) We are not allowed to maintain logging roads or use trucks on logging roads. 4-wheelers are used and between roads and trails access is present to whole Club.
Y'all have any food plots and do the members share in the cost to keep them going year round ? When the Club has enough money left over from paying leases it provides seed and fertilizer. Otherwise its left up to members.
Any year round feeders ? Not yet. MS doesnt allow hunting over feeders/bait. There are new state regs on feeding deer so i dont know what the clubs position is going to be.
What are the rules and also about Atv's and Golf carts. I use a G cart to get around any restrictions to hunting from a cart ? I dont know how well carts will do. Many bridges/trails are wide enough for the mules/rhino's to use. Some hills are steep and uneven and some crossings are in water/mud.
I no longer can climb do y'all have a section set aside for still hunting ? There is no dedicated hunting areas.
and have any ground blinds ? Stands/blinds are put up by members.
Any creeks ponds on the property ? We have many sloughs on the land. No man built ponds.
How much are the dues a year and when do they become due ? I will have to check on the exact amount but somewhere around $360 this year plus the 1st year fee of $100.
And finley, How's the Rabbit population? IDK. Dont know of any rabbit hunters in the club that hunt on the lease. I used to hunt with another member on the lease and had some good hunts. He is now deceased and I havent rabbit hunted since.

Wish it was a little closer the price aint bad for the lease .
Just to far is what is holding me back on joining . If we could get some other guys to split the cost of gas and join from down here in central Fl it would make it a whole lot better.

I dont know of any squirrel hunters in the club. There are some hardwood bottoms around sloughs. Its always dark when I'm in them so I dont know what the sqrl pop looks like.
