A friend of mine is going to court in the morning to fight for custody of her 13 year old daughter with her ex. Her ex has been molesting this girl since she was 3 or 4 but he is really good and hasn't gotten caught. We don't have any proof except that his 5 year old stepgrandaughter told her dad that he touched her too and that she saw him with her auntie. (the 13 year old) They are not pressing charges yet because he managed to pass a pollygraph (most phycotics[?] can)
Please pray for her and for wisdom in the judge and that the best results be achieved for this child. I will be in court with her as a character witness.

You, the girls, and their families are in our thoughts and prayers. I don't know what the law is there, but I do know that a polygraph is insubmissable in a lot of courts in many states, so it wouldn't matter that he passed it. Hopefully, he doesn't get to see them ever again and is put away for a very long time. Actually, I hope that God will strike him down for his evil ways and all of the hurting he has caused. Sorry, but this hits close to home for our family. (I know that this is a family oriented site, so I won't really say what I would like to happen to him.) God forgive me.

Well the pollygraph won't hold up in court, but it is his word against the 5 year olds. it will be a deciding factor whether the DA charges him. My sister is my friend's attorney. she did a good job. he has to go for a psyc. Eval and she keeps ther daughter till it is done and favorable (doubtful it ever will be, he is sick) and counseling was ordered for the 13 year old. Who knows how long that will take for all the evaluations and counseling to be completed. Probably will continue and return to court in 5 months or so. Meanwhile, she stays put with her momma. THANK YOU LORD!!!
