Yes, I know of one that might can help you.
Your sheriff is in a club that I grew up hunting in off of Rose Trail RD. They run dogs on that club and I can vouch for some of the members.
The club's name is Hog Hollow HC.
If they ask how you found out about the club, tell them a former member named Brian that now lives in east AL told you about them. IF I can move back home soon, I'm joining again! lol
I don't know how many deer I killed there but probably 20+ the last 4 years in the club. Lots of deer.

Yeah, I heard West Colbert had lost a lot of land. Was it from the WMA land buy back in '02?
Hog Hollow has around 1700 acres left I believe. I think the state got 1350 or so of what used to be part of the club.
However, they still have the best part of the club left.

Ryan,
To join Hog Hollow, you'll need to get in touch with Sheriff Ronnie May. I talked to a member the other night while in Florence. He said Ronnie was still president or I think he said president of the club. Anyway, he said get in touch with ROnnie. THey have 1400 acres I believe and may get 900 more back for next year, or they hope anyway.
