Ok fellas we gotta get something going in here so heres a somewhat old topic........ If you had to choose between a MT (Mud-Terrain) or an AT All-Terrain or whatever else you like what would you do??.. Im talking about for everything from driving back and forth to work and hunting both including mud-bogging??.. Im gunna have to say ATs for me just because they last so much longer than the MT, MTs grip better but wear out alot faster to when run on pavement which I do on a regular basis........-tim

well TOYO makes a tire that is called the open country m/t its not to aggressive. i bought a set about 2 months ago and as far as highway and any pavement they do great but for mud i havent tried them out yet. i do know that they r really good in the snow. the ones i have are a 35-13.50-15. acording to the 4wheeler mags they say they r supose to be a 50,000 mile tire but i dont know

i run buckshots on my truck and i get about 85,000 miles out of a set. of course by the time i get that kinda milage on them, they arent any good in the mud.... so about 75,000 miles of it is still good for offroad too.

I have the buckshot mudders on my 4x4 truck! I dont think they do too bad! I cruise on the highway and Kris plays in the mud! Everyone else tells me I need to get a good all terrain tire for as much driving as I do!

well.... i had a set of at's that i only got 50,000 out of, if you rotate them every other oil change then they will last twice as long. if you dont rotate them, it will eat them up really fast.
