a friend gv me a fried coon recipe. boil coon off the bone with your fav seasoning , the set out and let dry , then take meat off the bone and mix with onion , bell pepper and the ingreds u enjoy, , make into patties of balls with flour, deep fry, for something different

thanks for sharing. I haven't ate coon, but sounds good. Maybe I'll keep some after our poundage hunt this year and cook it up.

coon is good stuff. Ive only ate it as hash. Its about like deer hash but it has a little stronger taste maybe. Not that much and not to strong just good. Man making my mouth water now.
