First cut up approx. 10 jalapeno peppers and put in boiling water for about 20 minutes. Strain but keep the water. Place whole squirrels in water and simmer on very low for approx. 30. Pour off water, dry squirrels with towel and cut into pieces. Mix one package of shake and bake for pork, and 1 cup of instant potato flakes ( NOT instant potatoes, it has to be potato flakes ). Salt and pepper the meat, roll in an egg wash, and coat with dry mix. Cook in hot grease until done. ( It wont take long ). Bam, kicked it up a notch. You can also use the dry mix on fish, pork chops, and chicken. If you use it on something that takes a while to cook dont forget to par boil the meat. The mixture cooks crunchy and keeps the meat moist. If you dont like fried stuff, you can do the same recipe and cook it in the oven. Cook on 350 degrees until tender. Top with some La. Hotsauce and your in business. Bon Appetite.
