I need some new recipes for cooking deer meat. I have this really good one for Deer Roll-ups. You take tenderloin and soak it in italian salad dressing overnight. Then wrap each piece of meat with bacon and bake or fry until done on 400*. This is really good. You should try it.

my husband takes deer meat and soaks it overnite in a big bowl with soy sauce and ranch dressing. The next night fry it. It does have a sweet taste, though.

that sound like it would be good. I love anything made with ranch dressing.
