What are your plotts bloodlines? Do plotts run hogs good for you, im probably gonna get a plott or a walker hound for hog huntin and would like to know what people think is better.

i've got several different lines of plotts mixed togather for the combination of nose speed and grit i like in them. yes my plotts run hogs good for me acutally better than the other breeds i've tried, but i will admit the best cross i ever made was a full plott gyp onto a half plott half walker male. man those pups were awsome. i've got one now that is two years old and hard to beat. you'll find that the plott will serve you better for hogs sence they've been bred for big game dogs from the start of the breed.
