My one female plott gets sick every time I take her in the vehicle. She loads right up in the dog box put she'll no doubt be sick by time we get to where we are going. Then it takes her 15 to 20 minutes to start feeling better and really start hunting until then she'll just kind of mope around and only hunts about 25 yards out - once she starts feeling OK again you don't see her much till she's tree'd.
Anything that can be given to her to help control this?

My dad had a beagle that would get sick if u just sat it in the truck. He would start slobbering the moment his feet touched the bed of the truck,5 min later vomited, then he was fine.

You can give them half of a pill for motion sickness or try riding them around with your tailgate open so they can get more air.
