OK this is my first time haveing huntn dogs so I'm a little dumb about some of this. That being said, one of my dogs is eating a lot of grass, at times, and it is comeing all the through. Is this normal?

Yes,it's normal for them to do that.Old timers have always said that they are missing/needing something when they do that.Make sure you have a regular worming schedule including heartworm preventive, feed a good grade dog food ,keep him a good warm, dry place and plenty of fresh water. We'll be glad to help anyway we can if you have any questions.Lots of knowledge on this board.

I feed them Pedigree adult and they have plenty of water, but on the wormer. I have wormed them before but I don't have a real schedule for it. Any advise on that would be great. Would it be better to just take them to a vet or do it on my own? I only have two dogs.

Get a calendar and mark it as to when you worm. Make sure that you worm as often as the wormer is recommended. If using Ivomec, make sure that you use once a month or it isn't going to do its job, or any wormer for that matter. Make sure that you keep up on their shots, too. You can get them at your local farm supply store, if you don't want to go to the vet. I have seen too many good dogs die because they got something that was preventable.
