Fellas my aunt is the next thing to a vet (went to school to be a vet and everything and worked for a vet for a longtime before she tried something else I guess), but my Copperdog has a flea-allergy on his back and ear-mites and she is supposed to be bringing me some medicine home today for him any tips and tricks to this deal? ..... Just looking for some information so takemeasy and have a goodhuntingseason....,,,,....-tim PS:Dan and Holly look to be in goodshape it is just Copper that has the earmites and stuff....,,,,....-tim

i was told by an old man that if you put a couple of drops of ivermectin wormer on the inside of their ears that it will make the mites go away.... dont put it in their ears, put it inside the flaps of their earl just below the ear canal. we put it their often and they havent gotten them.

Here's a couple things for the ear mites:
I put 1/10th cc Ivomec with 1/2cc water in a syringe and squirt it in there ear and clean there ear out good with a q-tip. Had a 1yr old pup get them back in the summer... did this and havn't had any since.
half white cider vinegar and half rubbing alcohol. Add a small bottle of Iodine too the mix. Find all at grocery store. Usually works in first treatment if you put in and massage ear and side of face. Dogs will sling all the bad stuff out and not need cleaning
The best thing for fleas is a product called "Spot ON" if you can find it buy all that you can.They are mno longer amking this product but works great on fleas.One bottle will last you a long time.JUst a little down the down the dogs back and problem solved.
