so if a guy has good cat dogs and will let people see them run there is no problem saling them if he is not trying to get rich off it and wants to promote using dogs?

i ment if my dogs were good at hunting bobcats i could sell them without a problem, its something my wife and i have looked into, but we just don't want to breed them and train them and get stuck with a bunch of dogs. we were looking into blueticks.

i don't think you have to worry about having too many good bobcat dogs that you are stuck with.

How far does a cat usually run with them running Walkers on his behind? Does he run like a gray fox or will he run around in a 1,500 acre area or more like 300 acre area? Thanks

I raise and hunt squirrel dogs. Mostly walker x cur crosses or hound x bird dog x cur crosses. I live in northwest Alabama. We have a pretty good number of bobcats I reckon. Has anyone on here ever tried crosses like I mentioned on cats? I would sure like to try my hand at it but I like started and training my own dogs. Thanks in advance...sonny
